The second floor of CaPa is less full, although it is full of children and elderly people. The inhabitants of CaPa keep those unable to fight away from most of the danger.

This is where the population of CaPa is focused the most. Although it isn't as secure as Haven, this simply makes the people less hospitable- you won't get through that entrance unless you have a damn good reason for going there.

The underground section of the car park that makes up CaPa. It's been mostly sealed off due to rumours of undead- which also means it hasn't been scavenged. You'll need special permission from the CaPa residents if you want in.

Board Description
CaPa
Once a multi-storey car park, CaPa was re-purposed by Wasteland survivors and became the only known established settlement aside form Haven. Although compared to Haven, it's a bit of a shanty town. From the third floor up, the car park has collapsed.
